From Immigration forum I know there are 1 or 2 cases of last Sep concurrent file 140/485 (NIW) that have been approved of 140. Their PD are not current now. Also TSH, a user of Wenxuecity has claimed that his/her case has been touched. TSH's case is last Sep. concurrent file of 140/485 based on NIW. So I know TSC is now processing 140 from cases fo concurrent filing 140/485, even your PD is not current. Good luck to all of us.
