Can you tell me when DOS sent Recommendation letter to BCIS and which service center? When I called national service center about my case, they asked what form was filled, I did not fill any form for BCIS, and I did not know what form DOS forwarded to BCIS, my cause was forwarded to TSC, it is based on IGA waiver, if you have any idea, please help, thanks.
