I140 RFE, strange!!! Need help

My response to I140 RFE was submitted more than three month ago. I called USCIS a couple of times last week, and yesterday, I found online that they give out a RFE for my I485 and I'm going to get the mail soon, but I140 has no LUD.
Does anyone know what's going on? Bad news of good news.
