I-140 transfer, 求教xiaobaitu及好心人

My I-140 (EB-1a) was recently transfered from VSC to NSC, the only reason is, accoeding to INS letter, to speed up the processing. Is it a good news? xiaobaitu及好心人, have you heard a similiar story in this forum? What shoud I do at this monement?
