I work for a A-company that the owner has two companies (A,B) . I got approve LC at B company and going to file I140. Now the owner will close the A company. So I wondering if I can change my job after my 140 approve. As long as the B company still not cancell the I140, can I fill 485 by myself. Thanks lot
