I did see some cases like this, and even you don't believe that 2 of my friends in TX and VA got their cards in 4-5 months from the date they submitted I-140s. Believe or not, this happened. I guess they were just lucky!!! Sigh, I have been waiting for approval of my 485 - it has been at NSC over 1.5 years!!!???
