Sorry, but can you please further explain what you mean by "2 file I-485 only when PD current, even if I-130 is not yet approved."?

Do you mean I can file I-485 even if I-130 is not approved? To my understanding, only US citizen filing for a spouse (or child, etc) can file I-485 together with I-130. Or I guess what I am missing is I don't know what "PD current" is.
