請問--我這I-140 是EB-2 還是EB-3?

我的I-140 最近遞上去了。現在我有一個問題請教大家：

本人基本信息： College instrudtor with a PhD degree.


在 Petition Type 一項 共有 從 a 到 i 九個選項，律師給我選的是

e. A professional(at a minimum, possessing a bachelor's degree or a foreign
equivalent to a US bachelor's degree)or a skilled worker( requiring at least two years of specialized training or experience).

請問選項e是屬於EB-2 嗎？

我覺得選項 d 更合適。下麵是選項d:


d. A member of the professions holding an advanced degree or an alien of exceptional ability(who is not seeking a National Interest Waiver).
