We filed our I140 and 485 application concurrently March 2005 through EB2 LC. I140 approved June 2005. Both our priority date and processing date have been in range already. I called Nabraska center for a couple times and was told on background check also. May I ask how much you paid lawyer for sueing FBI for this? Do I have to try this after failure to get any response by writing to FBI or Senitor? Please give me some hint. Thank you very much.
