回複：Must the Marriage Certificate be Notarized?

My RFE says something like "if the Marriage Certificate is in a language other than English, then a notarized English translation is required". Mine was in Chinese so I went to a Notarization Service Agent (owned by Chinese) and got the notarized translation. It cost $20-$40.

Don't worry. I got approval about one week after sending out the RFE. BTW, it is TSC.
