About H1B trnasfer - Thanks

Work in an univeristy(A) now, hold H1B. Will work in another univerysity(B) in this October. Please advice what should I do:
1) H1B transfer?
If so, any difference with the H1B transfer who works in company?

2) Appy a new H1B from school B?
