You are safe as long as you stay married to him before I-485 approval. Because at EB I-485 stage, every one (including children) needs his/her own I-485 and quota number under current law. Your hu*****and (I-140 principal) got 485 approved before visa number retrogression, and yours now becomes NOT approvable until PD becomes current. If he has stayed employed for some time (say 6 months) after GC, your case is no risk now (unless you divorce him or you have bad records) Only need to wait.
