I have some questions about the immigration status.

1. If I am a F-1 student, I have filed the 485 together with my hu*****and. If i go back to China for vacation, could i use AP? Will that affect my F-1 visa status?

2. Is that true if i use AP i could not apply for H-1 visa when i get a job offer? I must use EAD instead? If I never use EAD, could i still apply H-1 visa to keep my non-immigration status?
