DS-156 form question related to I-140 and H1B

I am renewing my H-1B at Beijing next month. I have my I-140 approved (NIW) and I-485 pending. How do I answer the quesition on the form DS-156, #36,
"has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?

should I say, Y and myself? And how should I answer the question (#26)that "how long do you intend to stay in the US".
