Please help, mytwocents and XiaoBaitu

AS you may know, I received a EAD with mistaken dates last month. I sent it back to TSC as custom service people suggested.
Now almost one month passed, there is no information heard back from TSC. Worst of all, there is no way to keep track on this kind of correction.
Can i now apply another EAD? I personally think it would take less time to get it, instead of waiting for a correct card.
What do you think? Is there any harm if i apply another one? Xiao BaiTu, Mytwocents, ZhiMingDuTeBieGao, please, I need your input.
