I have submitted my I-140 and I-485 concurrently to CSC last September after I got the recommendation letter from US Dept. of States. Till now I-612, I-140 and I-485 are all pending. So I am wondering if I can apply for H-1B visa. Is it Ok for me to apply for it while my I-485 is still pending? Your reply will be gratly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
