H1 extension help! 請教小白兔, mytwocents

Receipt date for H1 extension(another three year) is Feb.13, 06. Processing time for H1 extension is Feb.13, 06 in TSC. But, we have not received notice until today. Is it a common thing?
Please help, if we still have not receive the notice next couple of days, what we should do next? Very anxiously.
