Same. At least one of EB1, EB2 or EB3 categories (or FB if eligible) depending on your eligibility. Your non-immigrant E visa status (or H1 or whatever) has little to do with GC process, it is the EB1/2/3 eligibility that is important. PERM route (employer sponsored) or self petition route (based on your own merit)
