NIW CSC 485 ref

I submitted my I-140 (NIW) to CSC last Sep 21 and recieved 485 ref recently. Lud date 4/14/2006 is for 485 only, but no lud date is for I-140. The 485 ref asked me to provide ability of my company to pay my wages and employer letter. I feel strang, because NIW doesn't require sponser. Is there anybody with same situation? Or any suggestions and help are appreciated.
