回複：it's your attorney's fault not submitting the offer letter

in too many cases in the EB1b university non-tenured employees, we knowingly do not submit the original offer letter, because keywords such as 'term', a period from date1 to date2, 'renewal' or subject to available fundings, or xxx, yyy, .... (very common for a non-tenured but permanent position) can easily kill the petition.

It's not a problem if in a company (but then you need to show that there are > 3 people doing bona fide research there if company is not well-known)
