one more question on MTR

Yes, thanks to your suggestion, we filed a MTR rather than appealing.

my attorney said he just sent a short letter with the new evidence (the offer letter as well as a letter from my Division saying "this is a position with indefinite length"). but he did not mention anything about the fee for MTR to USCIS. now I totally loss the confidence to him, it seems he even did not know MTR before I told him (thanks to your suggestion!). is fee needed for MTR?
