my attorney told me it will take 18 months to appeal and the chance will be very very low. Plus, I can not re-file under the same category during that period. I consulted a lawyer in our university and she gave almost the same advise. (I also looked the appealing cases from AAO, it seems AAO is even tougher than NSC in the interpretation of evidence!). So, I alreadly missed the 30-day window for appealing. many thanks for your advise anyway. Do you have any suggestion regarding LC because no one in my department has such an expereince?
