Thank you very much! If I file H4 ASAP, and when I file new H1, if my H4 is still pending, Can I start to work once H1 is filed? Do I have to wait H1 approved then I can work?

My understanding is if my status has changed to h4, (I mean h4 is approved) , then I apply new h1. I have to wait new h1 approved (not filed) then start to work. But I am not sure if h4 is pending. Do I need to wait until it approved?
