When will I need send I-693( medical examination)I apply for NJ

I apply for NJ 結婚綠卡. I called the USCIS, they told me I do not need to send medical examination along with I-485.

The explanation of I-693 said they need I-693 either at the time of filling form I-485 or interview,let me to check the local office website aobut local filling procedure, but I find nothing. So for NJ (NEWWARK office) applicants, when will they need medical record, during interview or they will give me notice later or I really need to send them along with form I-485?

Usually in my case how long it will take from the finger print to interview in NJ? Thanks a lot!
