NIW RFE,和律師溝通不好，請問怎麽辦？

接到NIW,RFE,還是第３條證據不足
律師告訴我還是按原來遞材料時的邏輯,better than US peers,then LC must be waivered.
我和他說我的朋友還用了其他論據，比如說LC影響雇主更換，及collaboration.他說
I don’t think this argument will help. It’s irrelevant under the current law.

我想第一次該作的已經作了，第二次除了補推薦信以外也沒什麽了。照這樣下去會不會不批啊？大家都是怎麽說服律師的啊？
