EB2-NIW-485-beforeMay2004?

Does anybody here filed I485(EB2 NIW) before May 2004? Mine has not been approved yet. I called USCIS last september when it passed the process time for 60 days. They said my case could be approved any minutes. Later they sent me a mail saying my case was pending. Since the retrogression, I have to wait untill my PD becomes current. Does anybody here at the same boat? Thanks! BTW, how do I know my case is under name check or not?
