140 REF NSC, EB 1a, DIY. 星期六收到EMAIL, 今天收到信. 如下:

簽發者是 GREGORY W. CHRISTIAN. acting director. NSC/pwn EX272. 大家有沒有類似的RFE? 是不是幾率不大了? 自己覺得條件不錯. 會不會是材料組織的不好?
