Thanks mytwocents for your reply. I just got email from my corporate immigration specialist. Same as you said, she confirms the soonest that I could file I-485 would be 5/1, but she also thinks it's a little early- not sure what she means by saying that. Is there any risk filing I-485 with I-140 pending? Thanks
