Hi, Xiaobaitu:

My I-140 was approvred and 485 is pending because of name check. My wife is H1 visa and will expire next year. Her 485 as my dependent is pending too and her I-94 card is AOS. She lost her job since April 1, 2006. Do you think it is OK for her to stay at home for a while? Thank you.
