Need help - ever been arrested due to drunk driving!

I am going to file 485 now. Should I tell about the arrestment on the form and in interview. My previous lawyer said I don't need to since she has get all my finger prints back including the Federal one.

Anybody knows?

If I tell the truth, how that could potentially affect my green card application?
