Question about the Typo:

Hi mytwocents or Xiaobaitu:
I filed a change of address 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, I received a the notice of change of address. I found that they misspelled my last name. I called National Cutomer Service Center this morning. They can't do nothing about this. They told me that I had to send a mail again to explain my situation.I will do this ASAP. But my question is: will this bring troubles for my name check? Should I ask my lawyer to contact them?
