First of all I am not in F1 visa,

I mean, so many fellows holding H1-B and suffer a long time to get Green card and citizen, all H1-B pay more tax, SSN medicare.

Many people here may use 5 or more years H1-B but still pending or waiting or stuck in the black hole,

Like my officemate came from india, he work here for more than 4 years. He submite labor certificate in 2003, no response, so he submit through perm last year, which is approved 2 month ago, now, he is waiting to submit the 485,

The point here is if the goverment approve this law, that means the goverment is encourage people illegally coming to us
