Before I knew my NIW denial last Thursday, I accepted another postdoctoral position last week in a new place. But I will join the new group after this June. My new boss is very well-known. So, I will refile my case after I get to the new place. I feel too disappointe at the old one. He is an American. I plan to find a Chinese lawyer.
