DS156 #36: Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Y

How to interpret this question? Some say an immigrant visa petition means I-130, I-129F petitions filed for family members or fiance(e)s by U.S. citizens or permanent residents in U.S. I'm 485 pending, have nothing to do with I-130 or I-129F... So do I answer NO or YES?
