even somebody here give you some of his personal opinions, you still need to persuade your lawyer that these are doable, which I highly doubt it.

To me this is not a big problem at all. your lawyer should be able to fix it. My university hires only five lawyers to handle all the immigration cases. these five guys were selected based on their reputation and the success rate of the cases they they did before.
