485 LUD with140 pending in VSC (more info below)

Dear all,

My 485 was updated today.
But 140 Lud is still on October 2005. My application is EB-2 (NIW).

I submitted my all application in last September. My 485 was updated once in Dec. 2005 after I did FP in November 2005.

Anyone can help explain this.
