If I don't want to take the exam, do I need to write a letter to inform them to just evaluate my case based on what I have submitted? If I just ignore it, I am afraid they will wait 120 days to evaluate my case. Cause I don't have enough time to wait, my H1 is about to expire next year.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated!
