I think a lot of people have this problem. I do not think you canprovide "enough" materials to convince immigration officilas to believe youe english good enough. You only have 2 options: taking exams or ignoring the notice. if you think your score still will be high enough to pass with lower language score, ignore it. if not, take exam. Just my 2 cents
