It's not a good news for employment-based immigration

If senate judiciary committee didn't past this bill with Guest Worker program yesterday, Frist's bill, which has improvements for Employment based immigration, will be put forward on senate floor. Although his bill may not be easy to past in senate, but if pasted, it may be well accepted by the house. In that case, Employment based immigration will get the benefit. Now it's much more difficult to get the bill past in the house. We probably won't get a bill this year at all.
