Do you think my situation is also protected by 245i?

Sorry. I can't input Chinese in the office. I just read your reply under my original post.I understand that 245i protects illegal working. But my situation is that I probably work illegally after I-485 was denied. I want to make sure that my situation is also protected by 245i. Your help is greatly appreciated!
