passport No. changed with new passport, will this cause

any problems to my H1B petition? for some reason, I need to change my passport, but the new passport has a different No. from the old one, I haven't started my H1B petition process, but my I-20 and SSN all have my old passport No. will this cause any problem to my H1B petition? Please help, I appreciate any reply.
