Thank you very much for your response. I still have two concerns:
1. If my current boss find that I am looking for a new job, and he fires me, will I lose my H1-B status (suppose that the new company is applying for the H1-B transfer for me).
2. My hu*****and is on H4 and studying for a degree. Will he lose his status too if I am fired by my current boss?
