Sorry I might have confused you. My situation is:
1) The ND of my I-140 is 9/23
2) The ND of my I-485 is 10/24

I heard that the Service pile up the cases based on the ND. But my cases have different NDs - when they pile up my cases, do they base on 9/23 or base on 10/24, or different cases will be piled in different piles?
