I am worried about the effect of recent transformation program from CSC to TSC. My I-140 was submitted to CSC in last September but was transferred to TSC yesterday. Will it delay the processing time? If I want to apply for AP, do I still need to submit to CSC?

Using EAD for the application of SSN is ok for J-2 visa holder (she just got it waivered and only depends on I-485 pending)? Thanks in advance.
