that is a regular RFE. don't be too nervous.

This is a regular RFE. I think that any good lawyer can do that well. What you need to do is:
1. Get a good lawyer
2. Think about someone from whom you can ask for recommendation letters.
You stand a good chance of being approved. Here is the excerpt from my previous post regarding my experience:

有一點現在常常被提到的，就是為什麽LC影響美國利益。在RFE中經常可以看到，許多人對此都覺得難以說明。一個辦法就是比較NIW和LC的差別。比如說LC要求固定雇主，但NIW不要求。這樣的好處就是你可以自由轉換雇主，當然對於你比較好。但我們要說服INS就不能說NIW對於我們的好處，而是對於美國國家利益的好處了。因為可以轉換雇主，我們就可以在合作項目中自由來往，從而在這些項目中發揮最大作用，造福美國。而這一點有你的合作夥伴或者老板來說，就比較得體。
This is just one aspect. Good lawyer can put several points together to substantiate the argument.
