doshexh, thanks for your reply. I knew I could start working once I filed the transfer petition. But can I file petitions for both transfer and extension at the same time? My H1b (first 3 yr) will be expired this Set, and I was heard that the extension should be filed 4 to 6 months ahead. thanks a lot!!!!
