Is it possible for USCIS to work on my I-485?

NIW: I-140 PD: Dec. 2002. VSC
I-485 was submitted in Sept. 2005.
FP; Oct. 2005

But, the processing time for I-485 of USCIS VSC is Feb. 15, 2005.
Is it posssible for USCIS to work on my I-485 case?
