was J-2, I-485 pending, 兩年回國義務 questions

我J-2來美， 然後去墨西哥轉成的F-1，期間我先生回國工作了兩年。I-140 (EB-2) 以我為主申請人去年五月被批準，PD 2003 年十月。 I-485 目前 pending. 我先生目前是H4，和EAD。 關於我是否還有兩年回國義務，我所在的大學負責移民的律師說：“ My view of the law is that if the J-1 satisfies the 212(e) requirement ─ whether through a waiver or through two years residence in the home country─the 212(e) requirement is lifted for the J-2 dependents”。 可是我在這裏和其他網站搜索發現，好象我還有兩年回國義務。請問各位大俠 我現在該怎麽辦呢？有沒有和我同樣經曆的朋友，你們的I-485是被據了 或被批準了呢？渴望您的答複和反饋， 多謝了。
