If your background not so bad, then analyze your case first to see for what reasons your case was denied?

Did your lawyer do a good job? Are you satisfied with the petition letter your lawyer wrote?

If you think your lawyer is not competent, then you need to find a new one to appeal your case or simply do it by yourself.

You can find new strong and independent recomm letters to recompose your appealing letter by using your all available evidence you collected or uncollected before your first submission or before your RFE respose letter submission.
