Dear Mytwocents, thank you for your answers about my PD transfer. My I-140 approved with a PD of Aug 2003 and my I-485 an linked with my EB-1A I-140 with a PD of Dec 2004. Now I want to transfer my old PD to I-485. Could you please give me a sample letter? Thank you!
